"We had been with State Farm having home and auto insurance. We then got a 2nd vehicle which needed coverage.
Rubi worked hard to find all available discounts for us.
Then we ran into a need for signatures to apply one of the discounts. Signatures had to be done IN the office. This created a huge challenge with work commitments and living more than an hour away from the office in Liberty Hill.
Again, Rubi created a path forward. She met us after she finished work, at a location convenient for us so that the needed documents could be signed! State Farm has our continued business BECAUSE of Rubi.
I do feel like the coverage is expensive even with discounts. This is the same however when we did price comparisons."

"After 38 years with Nationwide I decided it was time for a change because of skyrocketing homeowner's rates. I decided to call Brad Morgan's State Farm office in Liberty Hill and connected with Kate Kelso. What a great experience! I sent Kate my dec pages for home and auto to review and asked if she could match the coverages. Less than 24 hours later Kate returned exhaustive quotes that saved me over $2,300 annually for my home and another $500 on my auto policy. But what really impressed me was how Kate took the time over the next week to field my phone calls and patiently review other changes I inquired about it. Kate wasn't "selling" me anything new, but rather explaining the pros and cons to the questions I asked and letting me decide what I wanted. There was no pressure; no sales pitch. I couldn't ask for anything more! Everyone has different thoughts on what coverages they want/desire, but I appreciated Kate's thoughtfulness, experience, and advice, which made a switch of insurance carriers after nearly 4 decades very easy."

"I don’t normally do this review thing much but I had to on this one. I’ve not been a member of Statefarm long but every interaction with this office has been extremely positive! Never met Brad but I have dealt with his office staff and there’s a young lady by the name of Kate that needs special recognition. She’s polite, kind, articulate and knows her job very well! I don’t run a business but if I did she’s definitely the type of person I would want running my day to day business. Some of the best customer service this 59 year old man has ever seen. "Not sure why people keep talking about Jake, they must not have worked with Fisher at the Liberty Hill office. Enjoyable isn’t a term I would think to use when buying insurance but that is how good Fisher was. He wrestled it out. He was quick and responsive and very nice. He was also able to get us a heck of a deal on homeowners and our vehicles. Happy to kick that other insurance company to the curb. If you are in the market for insurance make sure you give Fisher a call…great to have someone local to deal with."
